Remembering the Suite Life: 50 Years of Lincoln Quad

Lincoln Quad stood as one of the biggest residence halls at Indiana State University for 50 school years. Opened at Indiana State in 1969, it quickly became a popular living space on campus housing several generations of Sycamores who fondly remember the camaraderie and sense of community they enjoyed at Lincoln Quad. All good things come to an end. The quad was closed after the 2019-2020 school year and razed in the spring of 2021 to make way for a campus green space, but we saved a piece of history for you. Now, you can own a piece of this historic campus residence.

A limited number of commemorative Lincoln Quad bricks and suite numbers are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Proceeds from each brick or suite number sold will provide critical support for emergency housing needs through the Residential Life fund at Indiana State. Not only are you purchasing a piece of history, but you are also helping students who need it the most. Together, let’s honor the history of Lincoln Quad while laying a foundation for the next generation of Sycamores. Reserve your piece of history today!
